Teacher Training - The Next Generation of Teachers
Our School work with West Midlands Consortium, led by Thomas Telford School, to train Associate Teachers ready to take their place in the Teaching Profession. This is a high-quality training scheme and our staff act as Mentors on the programme and Mr Mandelstam is also part of the Management Group.
Our children benefit from having the opportunity to work with exciting new educators and the School has been able to recruit outstanding practitioners to join our full-time staff.
We have employed 8 teachers from the West Midlands Consortium programme.
